Mike has significant proven experience of early stage development of companies, especially within the food sector and was previously the CEO of Micap plc.
Dr Lydia Campbell – Chief Technical Officer
Lydia holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and carried out a post-doctoral study in protein chemistry. She has extensive R&D and product application experience gained during 9 years with Nestle Switzerland, Germany and South Africa. She was latterly project leader in charge of culinary product development and has filed 3 patents and developed a Mayonnaise Light which is still successfully marketed in South Africa.
Lydia was the Product Development Co-ordinator at the Dutch Blood Transfusion Service. Since 2000 she has been a part time lecturer and research leader in Food Science at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh
David Farrar

David has over 20 years senior management experience in the European FMCG, health and dietary markets gained with HJ Heinz, Revlon, Boots and Slimfast Europe. He is currently Managing Director of Nutren Technology Limited.
Jackie McKay

Jackie is Corporate Development Director for Sigma, responsible for the on-going administration of Sigma's funds under management, and establishing relationships with new funders and universities. Jackie joined Sigma from Bank of Scotland from the corporate transaction team responsible for the disposal of several of the Bank's financial services businesses. She has an MA in Psychology.
